Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

What Are The Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost is determined by the product weight, the type of shipping and its destination. Shipping costs will be displayed just before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from. You may click here to track your order if you already have a tracking number.

Can I change something about my order and or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and 2% processing fee.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@threeteen.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

Customs and import taxes

Customer is responsible for all customs and import taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. In some cases, these additional charges can include VAT (Value Added Tax) and other taxes, customs, and/or duty fees that are assessed by your destination country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions about these charges before ordering a purchase from abroad. International customers should be aware that we may not be able to determine in advance whether additional duty, tax or customs charges will be imposed on a purchase by your country's authorities.

Processing & Shipping Time

Shipping time and processing time are two different terms. Processing time is the estimated time it takes for the us to ship your order from our warehouse after full payment is verified, (which was 1-2 business day). Shipping time is the estimated time it takes for the product to be delivered to you after being processed, shipped, and delivered by the shipping service you selected.

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
